The O'Malley State Farm Agency is looking for a friendly, energetic, and outgoing people-person to join our team! In this role, you'll be one of the first people our customers talk to—helping with everyday insurance needs, answering questions, solving problems, and making sure they have a great experience with our agency.
This position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role if that's something you're interested in.
WHAT YOU'LL DO...
- Be a friendly first point of contact for our customers.
- Help with billing, payments, policy changes, and everyday questions.
- Collect signatures and documents and keep customer requests moving.
- Follow up with customers and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Help solve problems and make insurance easier to understand.
- Recognize opportunities to help customers with additional insurance needs.
- Provide quotes and assist with new business.
- Work alongside our team to keep the office running smoothly.

Insurance experience is a plus, but definitely not required. If you're not currently licensed, we'll help guide you through the process and can provide financial assistance toward obtaining your insurance licenses.

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Fishers, IN.
- Our office is open 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2012.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
